What is a Teams plan?
The Teams plan is the new Freepik subscription model for companies that allows you to obtain multiple Premium accounts in a single purchase. So, if you are a company or an institution and want your team to get full access to Freepik and Flaticon content, we can offer you a customized solution. You will be able to manage the accounts of your team (i.e., invite members and delete members) through the team administrator.
Which payment methods can I use to purchase a Teams plan?
You can purchase a Team plan using a credit/debit card or PayPal. Make sure your card has online payments enabled. Please, note that since Freepik Company is based in Spain, international and recurring payments must also be allowed.
How can I add members to my team?
First, they will need to receive an invitation email from the team administrator. Once they receive this email, they can activate their member account and directly access the platform to enjoy the Teams plan's benefits.
Will my Teams plan automatically renew?
Yes, your Teams plan will automatically renew unless you cancel its autorenewal. To cancel this plan and avoid unwanted payments, go to your profile, click on the "My subscription" tab, and select the "cancel subscription" option for the Teams plan.
